May, 2006 - Cross
Country Course Construction Clinic
Master course builder
Mick Costello and his wife Sheila came to the Big Island to help us
build a new cross country course at Panaewa Equestrian Center in Hilo!
Mick also traveled to HPA in Waimea and Horseplay in Kona to assit with
design
and construction of cross-country fences there, as well. MIck
dedicated a week of his "vacation" time to helping us create fabulous
jumps, in the pouring rain, right after the conclusion of the Rolex
Kentucky ****CCI -- which he also built! Many mahalos to Mick and
Sheila, and all the dedicated HIDCTA members and volunteers who
contributed labor, materials, tools, and umbrellas for this terrific
labor of love.
